Returns & Exchanges

Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of order delivery. Socks must be unopened, unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

First time customer? We offer a one pair guarantee for all first-time customers. This means one free exchange or return on one opened/worn pair in your first order. After your First Pair Guarantee, returns and exchanges have an $8 return shipping and restocking fee. For a return, we deduct the fee from your refund. For an exchange, we ship your new pair free.

International Orders

All international sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the US.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email kate@modecompression.com to let us know. We’ll make it right as quickly as we can.
