Order Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 10 minutes (spam, too), contact us at kate@modecompression.com. It’s possible that your order was unsuccessful or that your email address was submitted incorrectly.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.
We also ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and the UK. Note: all international orders are final.
Shipping rates & Delivery times
Domestic (USA) ground shipping via USPS is free on orders $60 or more. No code needed. For orders less than $60, USPS shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and the UK via DHL Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited®. Shipping rates and transit times will be displayed at checkout. International shipments are Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). These costs will be noted at checkout and the customer is responsible for paying. Note: international orders are final.
