How to put them on.
The easy way.
Pinch heel, turn sock inside out.
Reach your hand inside the sock until you reach the heel. Pinch and hold the heel then turn the sock inside out with your other hand. You're left with a small foot pocket.
Slide foot in, secure toes.
Slide your foot inside the foot pocket. Secure toes so they fit comfortably.
Pull from cuff up over heel and leg.
Using both hands, pull from the cuff up over your heel and all the way up your leg.
Smooth creases, adjust length.
Smooth out any wrinkles or folds and ensure the cuff sits 1-2 fingers width distance below the crease of the knee.
Some FAQs
How are they supposed to fit and feel?
Your feet and toes should fit comfortably in the footbed. The toes should never feel cramped, the seams should never bulk at the sides and the heel should stay in place.
These should feel like a gentle squeeze for your feet and legs. The compression will be strongest at the ankle, gradually decreasing in pressure as it moves up the calf.
What does mmHg stand for?
"mmHg" = millimeters of mercury
It's a unit of measurement used to determine the amount of pressure the socks apply to your legs. Typically displayed as one of the following:
- 15-20 mmHg: medium compression
- 20-30 mmHg*: moderate compression
- 30-40 mmHg*: strong compression
The 15-20 mmHg range is recommended for everyday wear, travel, and managing mild swelling or muscle fatigue.
*Considered medical-grade compression

How do I know my size?
You’ll find a full size chart linked right above the "Add to cart" button above. Below you'll find some helpful tips:
- For best foot fit: Simply choose the size that best matches your usual US shoe size.
- For best calf/cuff fit: Measure around widest part of your calf. If it measures 16" or more, we recommend choosing one of our wide-calf-friendly options.

Our Everyday Cotton Compression Sock is 15-20 mmHg so they are not considered medical-grade.

I really love these socks. First of all, they are so adorable. I'm really sad the white ones were sold out and you don't ship to Denmark. I really hope you will soon! I ordered a few pairs to my friends place while on vacation. I had a bit of leg pain and irritation on my 11h flight on my way to visit, but wearing my new pair of Mode compression socks on the way home I had zero issue! These all look amazing with my J-fashion and it was actually my bf who encouraged me to get compression socks for my leg discomfort and when I landed he asked if I had changed my mind on getting some because he didn't believe the cute pair of ruffle/frilled socks I was wearing wasn't just one of my usual pairs of socks.

These socks are absolutely adorable and very good quality, I love how thick the material is. I sized up so they wouldn't be too tight but I still get a good amount of compression with them without it being uncomfortable!
I think the ruffles are so cute! My issue is the sizing, on me they feel abit smaller than other brands I use like bombas. There are no returns or exchanges so that is abit unfortunate!

Got these right before a trip where I knew I was going to be walking a lot. These really helped with overall fatigue/pain by the end of day. Bonus that they are breathable since I wore them in a heat wave and was not in any way uncomfortable.
INCREDIBLE COMPRESSION SOCKS! I have pots and really struggle with actually wearing my compression socks when I wanna wear my cute outfits but these ruffle socks ACTUALLY make the outfit cuter! I highly recommend. I want a million pairs in different colors please make a baby pink PLEASE
Adorable, fits well, and good compression!
They’re super super super cute! That being said, they def dig into the skin and leave the itchy impressions that you get with compression socks, and I think the ruffles miiiight make it worse… I measured my calves (18in) with a loose measuring tape and bought the correct size (M wide), but yeah don’t expect them to be the 1000% most comfortable compression socks on the planet! Just expect them to be way cuter than most compression socks :)

Ordered size M, and fits like a size S. I have another compression socks in size M from a different company so I thought they would be the same. Unfortunately smaller (tighter) than I expected and with no returns or exchanges it is sad.

They feel so soft and I love the plush "padding" on the bottom of my feet. They do help with swelling. My only complaint is they are very hot! I tend to go without them on very warm days. They'll be great in the winter.

I love these socks and feel a noticeable difference when I wear them or go without. I tried these socks after seeing videos on TikTok since the owners story sounded similar to mine. Honestly, I love having bare feet, but these are so comfortable I wear them for hours.
